For me, I visit RG application on my smart phone 7-10 times a day. Some times, I spend a total of 2-3 hours a day in my free time. The duration allocated for RG increases during the weekends and holidays.
The time I used to spend on Facebook, I have shifted to RG. It is much useful and informative other than the here-and-there info on the other social media apps
hi. the time I spend on research gate is around 4 hours aday. it is really useful because of adding different kinds of knowledge in different fields. studying different articles on research gate is a kind of informative pleasure. best

I visit ResearchGate twice daily, and yes, it is time consuming. However, every second I spend on ResearchGate is worth the time and effort because it adds to my knowledge.

I visit once in the morning and once during the middle of the day. True, you get lots of information but be careful since some people call RG a social media, do not fall into an addiction as it happens with many and the social media
