I have made a composite of Polyaniline and Nickel cobaltite. In the composite, it has been observed that the peaks of polyaniline are shifted by 2-3 degree. It may be due to the interaction of nickel cobaltite with polyaniline. What kinds of changes have been made by nickel cobaltite to polyaniline structure?
What was the acid/anion you used to prepare your PANi? The XRD of your PANi is likely that of the PANi (polymeric cation) salt whose anion may be chloride, sulfate or nitrate. If so, it could be likely that the anion of the PANi salt was replaced or partly replaced by the sulfide anion in your cobaltite (e.g. CoAsS. cf. Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cobaltite), leading to the shift of the XRD peaks of the PANi salt.
However, I also found that cobaltite was used to describe NiCo2O4 (= Ni(CoO2)2. cf. Article Nickel cobaltite as an emerging material for supercapacitors...
) which should have really been called nickel cobaltate. If the latter, then the CoO2- anion may play the role of the anion in the PANi salt, which can also lead to the peak shift on the XRD.

plus: please let us know how small / big the cobaltit particles had been
and how did you prepare the composite; which amount of cobaltit vs PAni
I agree with Bernhard Wessling . Your question is too brief and ambiguous. What peaks? Do you mean XRD pattern?
polyaniline paricles=15 nm
Cobaltite=80 nm
In composite, Polyaniline=23nm and cobaltite=86nm.
Initially, I prepared cobaltite. Then I added cobaltite particles to polyaniline dispersion during oxidative polymerization reaction of polyaniline with a ratio of 1:5 (Cobaltite:Aniline).

Tapas Das thanks for the XR diffractograms; at the first glance, I do not see anything special (actually, I can not print and superimpose the 3 XRDs); it would help if you could assign every peak and mark a 2-theta degree value.
My first rough superficial conclusion is: you just see the addition of the 2 separate XRDs, maybe with some influence by other anions, other than pTs(-), as George mentioned.
