Md. Burhan Kabir Suhan, From your description above, I feel that leaching of nanocatalyst may be due to its non-uniform adhesion on to the glass surface or action of some strong mechanical forces. I would suggest you try using hydrophilic polymer like PVP or PVA along with your catalyst, or the coating methods like CVD or electrospinning can be employed.

Thanks, Shivamurthy Ravindra Yashas. Should I co-dope the polymer during catalyst preparation? I doubt if the polymer has any inhibition effect on catalyst.

For L-B-L technique you need strong binder and pH control, maybe you try with chitosan. You can also try screen printing or dip coating method with TiO2 paste. Ref:
