How much of barium hydroxide must be added to obtain precipitation of galactoglucomannans?

I'm working on the isolation of hemicelluloses with Ba(OH)2 method and I'm wondering how much of this reagent must be added to precipitate galactoglucamanns from soluble fraction after treatment with 24% KOH. In all articles which I have read I haven't found any information about the amount of Ba(OH)2, only that is the selective reagent for those hemicelluloses.
