As Al is the only material that is easy to be transported, lightweight and formable for the polar stations..and whether data of this type is not available..I am sharing two links where the dome structures of Aluminium are detailed..

ok..so thanks for this..I also think even low temperature HCF may be one of the potential area which can be explored, I don't also think that type of data is available in open domain

Interesting question! I make some preliminary remarks:
1. I would suggest to check the properties of the Al alloy at the temperature of operation (strength & impact energy)
2. In case you expect low cycle fatigue to occur, I would suggest to study whether of not the application of MIner's Rule might be helpful.
I don't know at low temperature if we do LCF , there can be two competitive processes, dislocation motion and crack initiation, the interesting thing will be which one supersedes the other. Obviously, crack formation will be superseded by dislocation motion but at later stage, I guess microcracks will form and grow without prior deformation...this is for a system having sharp DBTT but Aluminium does not have that
