The RF to DC conversion efficiency may well exceed 80 % ..but only under rather optimistic and oft non realistic assumptions.(such as single RF source with rather high power and known phase ) this is relevant for intended microwave power transmission such as the SPS (solar power satellite) project from 45 years ago and other related concepts (something similar is now under discussion in japan). For harvesting Rf power from ambient Rf signals with unknown phase and frequency its much more difficult in practise and realistic numbers in particular for ambient power levels are much lower. The easiest and cheapest way are still solar cells (like in certain pocket calculators) which harvest from daylight or ambient light in the room
Actually, the conversion efficiency is not identified by number of antennas. In other words, it depends on several parameters like the amount of power collected by the antenna (Received power_Pr), instantaneous transmission frequency, the impedance matching network losses, the rectifier topology, the type of the diode, the terminal resistance.
For optimum design, the typical values of the efficiency are ranging from 30% to 85 % for input power values from -15 to 20 dBm.
Please refer to some published work to get more in depth about the design.

"The total conversion efficiency of an RF energy harvesting scheme" depends upon antenna efficiency, AC-DC converter (Rectifier, filter, regulator) efficiency. If you increase the number of same performance antennas also the conversation efficiency does not change. If performance is different then definitely efficiency changes.
Increase in number of antennas may increase the receiver power but not efficiency.
I would like to know the impact of increasing energy harvesting antennas on the power conversion efficiency. In other words, what i mean to say is, suppose i am able to harvest 1 mWatt from a single rectenna. Now if deploy two rectannes then I should be able to harvest 2 mWatts. So if fabricate a panel of say 100 rectennas then would this scale in linear fashion or not?
