Hey Shohag, any journal that offers a standard review is recommendable (only take care for 'predator journals'). The main questions should be which journal fits you research (aims and scope) and are your findings new to the scientific world. If so, you can look for the highest ranked journal.
You can find rankings on google scholar and you can also find for you field of research an adequate journal. Pm and I could give you further advise on certain journals.
Impact factor is not very essential. The most important thing is to make sure that the journal is indexed and abstracted in first class databases such as Scopus, SCI, Index Corpernicus, Elsievier etc. Good luck.
I add this just to question Edward's comment. I am not sure either Index Copernicus is a prominent indexing database or Elsevier is a abstracting or indexing service/database.
