I think in order to model this you need to find out the body surface of a typical bull, as well as its body temperature. You then need to find the emissivity value of its fur/skin and then you can do a simple heat radiation calculation.

The average surface area of the bull skin is 3m2 and it's temp. is +/- 36,21 C

some resource calculated that human bodies radiate 5.7 mW/cm2, but how about bull ?, to conversion to joule/day

but they don't lose it all through heat radiation (what do you mean exactly by this word? when you say "heat radiation" i suppose you only talk about radiative heat transfer, but there is also convection etc), but a part of the energy from food goes into a variety of chemical reactions inside the body
