There is a lots of works on pesticide impacts on fresh water fishes and other organisms. But sadly I am not able to get enough data that how pesticides are impacting our marine fishes and organism & at what extent.

There is another way to study this topic.
You will have to study two aspects.
Ist: You need to find the concentration of different effluent or contaminants at a particular water body, e. g. heavy metals concentration in Ganges near Allahabad. These are the survey based studies.
2nd: You need to find the toxicological studies of respective heavy metal etc on the species found in that particular area. These kind of studies are done in laboratories.
Now combining the both aspects, you will have a clearer image of what is going on???
