thanks a lot for your kind response, they are as great as you all are, :) and certainly useful. and thanks for the resources and opinions, Actually we have reviewed most of the available literature and they use almost similar mechanism, and the aforementioned options were taken from the literature, but still the field needs to identify new ways of stimulation, so your participation in suggesting ideas is highly appreciated..

This is a good question with some obvious and some not so obvious answers.

Interest in human visual attention has recently been inspired by a widespread interest ing the design of robotic devices that mimic human perception.    For example, there are 292 instances where visual attention is considered in the pages of

Static and motion visual attention models are introduced in chapters 3 and 4, starting on page 19.   It is observed that human visual attention can be controlled in a voluntary manner (p. 11).    This is a top-down view of visual attention, which is driven by human states, expectation, cognitive knowledge and the intent to realize a task.

You want to separate so-called stimulus-driven (or bottom-up, or exogenous) from goal-directed (or top-down, or endogenous) factors. 

Stimulus-driven factors correspond to physical properties of the images related to contrast in luminance, color, motion, orientation, etc... (as suggested in other answers). The integration of these factors is sometimes thought to lead to the building of a global salience map, which is supposed to guide attentional allocation irrespective of the task being currently performed. 

Goal-directed factors depend on what's being currently done. For instance, in visual search, if one is searching for a blue object, all blue objects will strongly attract attention. 

There is the question of how these 2 factors interact. This is a ongoing debate, but generally speaking the goal-directed influence is very strong and will override stimulus-driven effects in most ecological conditions.
