I am not on the Board of that Journal but yet another Taylor and Francis journal... time for response depends totally on the editors and their ability to find appropriate reviewers for your piece.... can take up to 6 months... be patient... it is worth the wait....

Yes, top journals do take up to 6 months or more from submission to publication. You could also write to the editor-in-chief of the journal you aim for to find out the manuscript processing time. Good luck.
