This is a topic that has been talked about a lot. Many say it doesn't matter because quality comes first. And they are right, quality comes first. But what happens when the department in which you work starts asking for production and more production?

This would benefit the department by increasing the average publication, but for the researcher, is it really positive? is it a crazy race?
