I am using the Chemicon (now Millipore) Cell Invasion Assay kit (cat. ECM550) to test invasive potential of HTR8 invasive trophoblast cells when our gene of interest is knocked down.
I had rehydrated my matrigel coated inserts but realized that my KD had not worked, and so could not set up the experiments. The inserts have now been at 37degrees for 5 days with serum free media- are they still usable?
