I was just wondering if it would be possible to store my bacteria after I grow them for a miniprep and what would be the best condition for it in case I just want to use them for a new DNA extraction without the need to grow them again?-20oC? -80oC?
Are you storing them so that you can do the minipreps at a later time? In that case, I would spin them down, remove all traces of supernatant by inverting the tubes on a paper towel, and store the cell pellets at -20C.

Hi, Julio, at -20°C you can store pellet for a relatively long time, 10 days can be OK as well.
I did not test longer time, but 10 days seems to be OK. Good luck!
