Nowadays lectures give some assignments like seminar, presentation and some projects. There are a wide variety of types including mindful movement, non-mindful movement, movement with objects, movement without objects, individual movement or cooperative learning group movement, and so forth. Movement, in my own words, is the physical change of our bodies with itself or the environment around it. It includes twisting, shaking, stretching, wiggling different parts of the body, as well as moving or interacting with the environment around it. Researchers have two important types of movement: Mindful movement (sometimes referred to as purposeful movement) and non-mindful movement One learning style in particular is the integration and incorporation of physical movement in the elementary classroom. Educational activities occurring simultaneously with physical movement have been shown in numerous studies to likely influence academic achievement .
Students' physical movements and coordination skills are important for the lecturer/ teacher engaging students in the learning process. A best teacher captures the mental and physical orientations/movement skills of the students and orients them toward learning. Students' coordination skills are hence, organized. This is one quite interesting aspect in Neuroeducation or educational neuroscience.

Notably, a lecture should be linked to learners' preferred styles of learning because there are visual, auditory and kinesthetic learners who learn differently. For instance, for kinesthetic learners, teachers should use hands on activities techniques whereby the teacher shows learners how a principle actually works and ask learners how a technique works in real life situations . It is evident that using a power point or writing on board can help visual learners, whereas auditory learners learn through listening . teachers should use group discussions and lots of repetitions to help such students.Apparently, teachers need to use different techniques involving writing, doing and saying in their classes in order to get their message across.
