Recently it has come to my attention that this market sees great development in it's educational needs in sectors as IT and finance, but the lack of experience creates a gap that has been hard to fill.

Of course what first comes to mind in Randstad NV, and competitors of them, but how does the market share look of the market? what % of the total employment market does ATS and agencies take?
