In My project, I want to detection of xx (not important) antigen spesific t cell. I will use peptivator (Militenyl) and then detection with florospot assay.

However, ı want to detection antigen spesific t cells from patient and determination immun phenotype (cd markers) and then ı want to expansion in culture.
