The more general a plan is - the more chance it has to become realized accordingly.
The more specific it is - the more specialized executers it needs.
Designing a "new idea" is the most difficult to realize.

Simple = traditional.
The more the plan is non-traditional, the more feedback is needed to obtain the intended target.
