How is the DC Bias voltage applied to single ended inverting Amplifiers?

I have seen some circuits in which people apply the signal on negative terminal and ground the positive terminal of amplifier, say a 2 stage amplifier? How do they provide the bias voltage?

Is the below diagram connection correct? In which the DC Common mode voltage is applied on every positive terminal of chain of 2 stage amplifiers?

Is it the European standard symbol for resistors?

Your schematic seems to be correct but not very practical for testing and commissioning.

Its very vague as input data are non conclusive (e.g signaling and gain)
