In fact, soul biodiversity fillfillment could be achieved by reducing tillage, following crops rotation system, adding more of organic matter, inoculation with Biofertilizers.

Soil is also a living environment, and like the human body, where all the organs together and in relation to each other build and work together. With the loss of each organ, it becomes dysfunctional; the existence of all the organs of the soil (soil biodiversity) is essential for proper functioning and maintenance.

I think to answer this question you have to appreciate what soil is. Soil is a mixture of organic and inorganic matter, some of a soils physical characteristics will depend the particle size distribution of those two fractions. The organisms para is made up of living organisms and the remains of dead organisms. The living organisms (the biodiversity,) recycle the dead organic matter and in so doing make N, P, K and many other essential nutrients available for that community and for plant growth. Without the living biodiversity, Nitrogen and many other critical nutrients would not be available for plants to grow. Fungi solubilize mineral phosphorus, likewise bacteria with Nitrogen. The soil biodiversity is a diverse community of living organisms that keeps the soil healthy and fertile by biogeochemical processes, organic matter decomposition, nutrient recycling, etc.. Soil is a complex dynamic ecosystem that contain numerous groups of diverse beneficial microorganisms that play a significant role in biological properties of the soil.

I am in agreement with Anil Kumar. Yes, Soil is a complex dynamic system, in which the interaction between different groups of fauna: macro, meso, microfauna in relation to abiotic factors in the ecosystem prepare the basis of ongoing life cycle on the planet earth. Beyond this, the biodiversity inside the soil system is really important in rendering the appropriate function of ecosystem services in soil i.e. soil fertility, carbon sequestration and water retention, three indispensable factors in implementation of a healthy soil dynamism and consequently correct cycles of vital elements and eventually a healthy planet.

In my opinion, the soil is a complex ambience and a regular system. The good operation of this system will be considered when all the components of the system work well together.
