I used PVP with 5 wt% ( 0.5 g PVP in 10 g EtOH).

Thanks for the details, after checking literature, your conditions are within those reported for both PVP and PVA. It stays to check the molecular weight of PVP, the applied voltage, and the calcination temperature and time. Please have a look at the following documents. My Regards
