Dear Maysam, why don't you choose a neural network achitecture to be optimised? Afterwards, given a determined training set, choose a metric, like overall accuracy or index kappa, and build your objective funcion. This is the key. Therefore, you will be able to use any metaheuristics-based optimization algorithm, including ABC, and compare their results.
