Where A, B, E, C, D, W are known matrixes, k is an actuator fault and fs is a sensor fault.
How I can calculate the actuator fault and sensor fault separately and simultaneously?

I'm not sure if I understand your question or not, but if you mean detecting and identifying faults that occur in the sensors or in the actuators of dynamical systems . have you tried to design an observer?

I think iterative methods cannot be applied to separate the actuator fault form the sensor fault. the main problem in this case is to calculate and separate the actuator fault form the sensor fault.
