How I can solve the following problem utilizing AutoDock Vina?

When I try to run vina via command prompt, the error message I get is:

Configuration file parse error: unknown option exhaustiveness,

As shown in the attached picture

Can anyone help me? I will be grateful.

Dear Qais Abualassal

pdbqt files doesn't have CONECT entries. Just delete all lines with CONECT entries. See the attached protein.pdbqt, in which these entries are deleted from your protein.pdbqt file. than correct your conf.txt file and write down the coordinates as: receptor = protein.pdbqt
