How i can fit my data with new distribution on matlab or R ?

i mean how i use the cdf and pdf of distribution and other statistic stuff that i'm not good at them.

The best way to get some help is to ask a question that explains more. For instance what is your topic of research- what is the research question? Are you looking for a comparison. How is the data collection designed? To get advice that you can use you should also have some basic statistical understanding. You talk about fitting data- what is the data, the sample size and is the data independently collected from a random sample etc
