How I Can calculate the resistance of each vessel in vascular system based on inlet pressure condition and outlet flow rate?

I have an ordinary vascular system, where I know the inlet condition of pressure on the system and value of flowrate through each outlet. Based on these two pieces of information I need to calculate the resistance values. I tried to calculate resistance through relation of the vessels radius but finally, the proportion of flowrate on the simulation did not match with analytical ones.
