Well in addition, if you have a specialized domain you can also use word2vec on your documents. The python gensim implementation is extremly easy to use.

However be aware that you will encounter strange similarities. First, of all since every word is similar to all other words, but to different degrees. And second, even antonyms will have a degree of similarity with word2vec, since both can appear in comparable contexts.
