I am trying to create a cosmetic formulation and use kaolin as a natural opacifier. However, after several days , I observe that kaolin precipitates and goes to the bottom, thus making my formulation transparent again. Do you have any ideas on how I can avoid kaolin precipitation?

By raising the pH of the suspension to about 7-8 precipitation of kaolin may be avoided. You can try.
Kaolin behavior depends on the pH of the solution. The kaolin flocculates and settles at the bottom at pH < Isoelectric point (IEP) of edge. The particles are dispersed otherwise (except at an extremely high pH).
