Protecting health care workers is an important component of public health measures for addressing the COVID_19 pandemic .,Special interventions to promote mental well being in health care workers exposed to COVID_19 need to be implemented, with women, nurses, and frontline workers requiring particular attention.
I would like to assume that frontline workers dealing with the COVID - 19 pandemic would have been given access to mental health resources. However, it not there are several ways this can be achieved - (e.g., individual vs group basis). It might make sense to begin forming a group (lead by a mental health professional) where workers can share stories with one another. This would help provide an "outlet" for those needing one, as well as hear how others are coping, which they may find helpful. In addition to providing support, this group can also help identify individuals who would need more intensive therapy/counseling that can be provided individually.
@Kenny Borgas, I do agree on the point that a mental health professional could ease the negative impact of stress on the medical team, searching though, through the current bibliography I didn't find a competent strategy on behalf of medical facilities, that could have a great results or significant impact on the Frontline medical team.
I would like to know more about this topic as far the results and intervations from other countries too!
I have studied and found that improvement of health literacy and healthy behaviors could help to protect health care workers' psychological health and well-being.

According to my experience our front line people in public sector are involving more confidently without hesitation for COVID management activities and other routine activities like MCH activities. They are doing excellent service during this pademic situation. Challenge is existing with top health authorities and government, supplying adequate Personal protective Equipment, safe transport facilities as well as issuing clear guidelines and infrastrure facilities timely to avoid unnecessary burdens and trobles on them while providing some risk allowance to motivate them. Those steps defineately will help to reduce stress and mental burden on them.
