Many of my samples are in young roots < 6 months old, and the conductive area is tiny. I have previously recorded the frequency and then converted to per mm2, but I am not 100 % sure if this is the correct way to do it, as it can result in a large value in comparison to my larger samples results...

Can anyone shed some light on whether this method is correct, or suggest a different approach?
