I have taken the % of Absorbance (FTIR data) of PVDF film. The following formula is used to calculate the fraction of Beta phase
fbeta= Abeta/(1.3Aalpha+Abeta) (ref: RSC Adv., 2016, 6, 20089–20094)
Where, as per literature Aalpha and Abeta are the IR absorbance at 762 and 840 cm-1. Here I don't know , how to calculate Aalpha and Abeta from my FTIR data.

Sir, i think this may help you to calculate and understand the "how to calculate β-phase calculate from the FTIR data of PVDF film" .
The relative amount of β phase has been quantified by considering the relative absorption intensity of β phase (840 cm−1) and α phase (760 cm−1). The fractions of β phase were calculated from the equation proposed by Gregorio & Cestari .

How can I calculate the percentage of the beta phase if there is not only the alpha and beta phases but also appears the gamma phase?
Is there any method to get this percentage when all three phases are present?
