A few days a go , I read an article about the human activity pollution produced electromagnetic waves transmitted and received by satellites and communication systems. How far could this type of pollution effects Earths magnetosphere which represents the shield of the planet against the solar wind radiations?

The Earth' magnetic field drives the magnetosphere. Basically the magnetosphere is the ideal sphere where the field is confined. Outside the sphere, a magnetic sensor measures the interplanetary field. We are speaking about planetary field against man made systems which are inferior by several orders of power magnitude and dimensions.
It's true the contrary: the rapid variations in the Earth's magnetic field, triggered by the cyclically active solar wind, may disrupt ground or space-based communication satellites and other infrastructures.

A recent article showed that VLF waves (such as used for submarine communications) push high-energy electrons in the Van Allen radiation belts further from the surface of the Earth than they would be if the VLF waves did not exist. It noted that since VLF waves were in use even before the discovery of the Van Allen belts, we have probably never seen the "natural" state of those belts. In this case, that is a good thing for satellites (particularly manned ones) in low Earth orbit. Whether there are effects on other features of the Earth's electromagnetic environment was not addressed, but is probably not as likely.
