Hi all

I want to do electrophoresis in DPBS buffer in a cell made of ITO coated glass, thickness on the order of microns. Electric field screening will definitely be a challenge, so I need to know how far I can push my ITO electrodes before they will turn black. I've already done a couple of experiments and 10V for 10s is definitely too much. I am looking for some more literature on what exactly causes the ITO electrodes to turn black and what the critical parameters are in this process.
