Tricky Management is not the civil or decent as its name and obviously it is not fitted with the teaching staffs especially in University label rather knowledge management is necessary in this soothing environment.There is a widen difference within different personalities of teaching and of course , the manger of a teacher should be a teacher who will be knowledge based than that of (dirty) Tricky Management which is being practicing in the developing part in the world ''where education is a business and only business''

I am agree with you and Dr Mutasem, education is the sacred of heveanly mind , not the cunning arts of jackets in the jungles around to defeating other's in the dirtiest way.But some of from education management are in the jackle's business as Education is business for some of the half- hearted and poorly educating or uneducated people in the developing countries.

Efficient Management and a Good Work Environment are fundamental to learn both in the practice of doing in a specific work environment, and in academic environments, whether schools, institutions of secondary or higher education as universities.

• In both fields, the labor as the purely educational, what is called "Organizational Climate" is indispensable. The environment that workers and students perceive is fundamental to promote the learning of life and meaningful learning.
• If there is motivation, organization, incentives and basic instruments to train and advance in the hierarchical structure in a working environment, people will do their best and work more satisfied.
• This will result not only in the worker's benefit (more salary, compensations, awards); but also in the quality of their work and the product of it. Likewise, this feedback with positive effect to managers, companies and finally to the customer who buys said manufactured products.

Once a manger resorts to this type of management he will not realize his vision in the workplace. satisfying all employees is an impossible issue, but holding effective dialogue with them to reach to points of agreement is the most important part of your job as manger. Teaching Management is basically knowledge based .Hardly, it depends on Tricks. But most of the developi ng countries it is based on Tricks. I think TRICKS ARE NOT THE MANAGEMENT FOR TEACHERS.TRICKS ARE NOT SKILLS RATHER THAR ARE TOOLS TO USE ONES WEAK POINTS, AS POLITICIANS DO.
