Recently, I am working on Acinetobacter baumannii gram-negative bacterial biofilm formation. I would like to measure the capsular biofilm formation rate in the different time interval through Raman Spectroscopy. I would like to ask research expertise about the Raman Spectroscopy standard procedure to measure the capsular biofilm of bacteria.
