No one can deny that the teaching experience may involve some unusual incidents or paramount of emotional and social disorder that may affact all level of learners, whether primary, middle, secondary , or even college students. To deal with such traumatic or emotional disorders, teachers must respond to the moral standards of societies laws, in addition to bringing all the psychological principles that teachers receive training about.

In fact, dealing with traumatic disorders of children and adolescents is difficult due to the vulnerable personality of some young who experienced either cultural shocks or being treated violently due to different circumstances and reasons, and especially young children who are left by their families to struggle their lives with no guided authority. Overall, trauma is really an awkward period that predisposes authorities to alarm their drawbacks on students' behaviour in the very preceding periods to later on overcome any mistreatment or unnatural behaviour that might cause serious pedagogical problems on the part of Teachers, administration, family, and even children/ adolescents themselves.

Trauma-informed practice is an approach that recognises the impact of traumatic experiences on the social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) of students. Trauma-informed practice is about creating a learning environment that is safe, predictable and sensitive to the needs of students who have had adverse childhood experiences. The following are ways in which trauma-informed practice can support students' SEMH:

1-Create a safe environment: Students with adverse experiences may feel insecure and threatened, even in situations that do not present real danger. By creating a safe, predictable and structured learning environment, students feel more secure and are better able to focus on their learning.

4-Encouraging active participation

HI Shannon - I am a practicing Psychologist, and a trained Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (Peter Levine's trauma therapy techniques) - there are many simple and effective somatic ways to help children regulate if they have experienced trauma. Establishing Safety is a primary concern - we can do nothing if we cannot help them feel SAFER. (Their ANS will stay STUCK... either ON or OFF chronically).

Look up Alex Howard there in the UK,(I am based in SA)- he runs TRAUMA conferences, and looks at therapeutic and lay interventions, and is quite the expert in trauma informed practices, and founder of the Conscious Psychology therapy... based in London I believe?
