How does the wetting angle of a material change if in an environment with a noble gas as the vapor?

I would guess (with my very limited knowledge) that the wetting angle would approach 0° due to the only attractive forces between different phases are the liquid-solid interactions, though I have yet to find any research showing evidence of this.
