Suppose the light source is excited on Quantum Dots such that its equivalent Debroglie wavelength exactly matches with one of the intra band Transition Energy of Quantum Dots. What are the possible ways extract the photocurrent that is generated in Quantum Dots only to due to that particular transition?

Due to quantum confinement effect, Quantum Dots below certain radius will behave like a artificial atom, whose spectra is discrete i,e energy is Quantized. Say difference between ground and first excited state is (delta E), lamda is Debroglie wavelength correspnds to (delta E). So if some radiation is excited on Quantum dots whose wavelength is lamba , then if the electron is present in ground state can absorb this radiation and excites to first state. Is there any scope to utilize this phenomenon to detect and measure the amount of radiation whose wavelength is lamda.

The answer is no. The discrete states in the quatum dots are confined. That means not conducting. For photocurrent you have to exite delocalized states. Like atoms. One can excite or ionize them. In the latter case conduction is possible.
