For the past year I have been working on the electronic implementation of a network of nearly identical nodes of some multi-scroll system. After my bibliography research I came across with the article:
Sun, Jie, Erik M. Bollt, and Takashi Nishikawa. "Master stability functions for coupled nearly identical dynamical systems." EPL (Europhysics Letters) 85.6 (2009): 60011.
which I found very interesting and appropriate to describe the phenomena that I'm studying. However, I am not an expert on network theory. And I have encounter several difficulties studying the article. So I would like to ask for some guidance in the following doubts that I put as the files in attachment.
I also include my Matlab code in order to make my point clearer.
