Dear Professor and Researchers,
I have a FTO glass as a substrate of solar cell. During spin coating there a some liquid come over to the back side, therefore the liquid make a pattern and the back side become rough. Is there any effect because of that? Is there any optical impact?

Your FTO back side must be clear because it will be affect light absorbance when you check your device performance.

Thank you kindly for your answer. If so, what is the best solution (remover) to clean the back side? i am little bit worried that the vapor of the remover will affect the upper side.

you can use earbuds cleaner and solvent may be ethanol depend on your upper film.
