I want to design a two level 3 phase inverter with r, c & variable inductive load. I want to develop a current tracking strategy so that I can get the inverter output load current consisting of fundamental+10th harmonic component (SHEPWM). Switching frequency fs=1.1*fr (fr= resonant frequency). Can anyone provide me any material regarding this topic, how does the above equation come? Thanks in advance!
First of all, the above equation for switching frequency is obtained by equating the reactance of capacitor to that of reactance of inductor, this will occur at fr, and solving for fr from the equation. the factor 1.1 was arbitrary chosen as factor of design which is necessary to account for stray capacitance.
Second part of the question can achieved by formulation of signal equation for the whole system and process it through fourier transformation to be able to analyze the frequency response for the system. this will enable you to design a filter that can help you to filter some of the unwanted component of your signal.
