Please I want learn how to simulate vanet in ns2 by use sumo and ns2 and coupling it by traci where i want use for exemple aodv or other routing protocol
Do you absolutely have to use NS2? It is a very old, deprecated simulator, these days most researchers are using either NS3, OmNet++ or one of the commercial simulators such as Qualnet/Exata, OPNET etc.
I would suggest looking into OmNeT++ if you want to use Sumo and Traci for VANET simulation - it is considerably easier than trying to do it with NS2.
I agree with Daniel, but if you need to use NS2 for some reasons, you can use this package:

In the second case you have only the QoS implementation of the IEEE802.11e standard (MAC priorities, etc.), so you need to replicate the QoS structure in order to implement the multichannel nature of the MAC layer for VANET.

but the problem i use omnet++ with veins where this not support routing in vanet where support 802.11p only
