SOC(kg/ha) = SOC (%)× BD (g/cm3)× SD (cm) x 1000, this is a formula for calculate of Soil Organic Carbon on the basis or percentage and Mega-gram per hectare. I have some data of SOC in from of % so i need to how to convert from % to Mg directly on simple method.
Not exactly sure what you are asking. % is equivalent to g/100g or 10s of g/kg.

I may be wrong, but based on your second post, I assume that you are not aware of the other parameters in your Equation (BD and SD) to convert SOC concentrations (%) into SOC pools (Mg/ha). Especially in forest ecosystems (I assume you are talking about forests based on your affiliation), bulk density varies extremely - horizontally as well as vertically. Without correctly calculated BD (volumetrically averaged across your soil profile) and well modelled/measured/assumed soil depths, you cannot convert concentrations into pools with a "simple method".
I agree with Sebastian to the extent that a sample from one point does not necessarily equate to the SOC mass for a specific tract of land. This requires multiple samples representing the variation of a field to determine the AVERAGE of the field.
The correct equation for determining the SOC mass at a point is BD (g/cm3) X % SOC X soil depth (SD) X 10000 (cm2) to get g or kg/m2/depth. To get Mg/ha/depth you multiply kg/m2/depth by 10000 (m2). This will give you Mg/ha/depth. You need to present the depth to which you have sampled in order for your data to have any meaning because you likely have additional SOC at depths from which you have not sampled.This way you can compare the SOC mass from different cultural practices, fields or areas on an equivalent basis based on your sampling scheme.
