How does one calculate Receive time of Data packet ?

I have calculated Transmit time of data packet as:packet length/data rate, now want to calculate receive time of data packet, because finally I have to calculate the delay, thanks in advance

I have no idea of the terminology, but you must have a point in time when data was received and then when data is able to be viewed so is it not just the minus of these two times? as I said I don't understand the terminology so maybe I am incorrect there sorry.
