I agree with @Pedro Maria. The course must address the challenges arising because of transformation which is influencing customers on one side and employees on the other side. How could an HR manager be able to make hiring and selection decision on basis of current profile to meet future job needs? Would the contemporary strategies for organizational development be equally important in future or be replaced with new ones? The temporary nature/project based jobs are getting growing attention, so the subjectivity and universality of training and development comes under question?..... I think we should revisit current practices, their application, validity and scope to over fast speed of transformation as mentioned by @Pedro Maria.
