The outcome of this research is very impressive. Here I have found that around 18 criteria (shelter+homeless) are used to measure Goodness-of-fit values but how does 'Goodness-of-fit' equation look like? It isn't clear to me. And What is Mdn algorithm? Is it a modified version of any particular algorithm?
