I am assuming you mean Voice of employee. Ethical communication indicates that the leader is ready to do what is right and maybe sometime not popular, but as long as he/she is clear and consistent in their messaging, employees will know that they are right, even during tough decisions and hence will respond positively. This however is easier said than demonstrated and requires a lot of hard work on the part of leadership to achieve. Happy to elaborate if needed. All the best for your study.

Ethical leadership in any form will positively impact employees from voice behaviour to being engaged. I have written some articles on the impact of ethical leadership on employee.
