في اعتقادي الثقافة تتجسد في الاخلاق فان لم تكن كذلك لاوجود لها ففي النهاية لا يمكن ان نحكم على شخص او امة الامن خلال السلوك والسلوك لايصدر الامن فكر ومشاعراما الفردية والانحياز لها فلامفرمنه والفرق بيننا وبينهم انهم جعلوا الفردة ككيان في وطن ومزقنا نحن الوطن بتغليب مصالحنا الشخصية

In my opinion, culture has a great influence, because educational practices in many countries become the way to transform a person into a "human being". Also according to the culture of the country, learning is seen as a way of transformation and constant evolution towards high standards of quality of life for its citizens.
