Hello Bashkim Mal Lushaj . I only want to make clear the question. The point is that you already have a lot of feedback of the effect of climate change on flora an fauna. But now you want to know the other side of the story. How do the flora and fauna could also have a role in Climate change?
I think that trying to answer this last, it looks to be a circular relationship. With the increase of temperature for example many areas will become drier and probably the ammount of forest fires will increase, increasing the pollution and therefore contributing to the climate change. With respect to the animals, this is a little more difficult to determine, but has been shown with the reintroduction of some species, that their presence could model the environment and enhance the ecoystem, as with wolves that are predators and help to mantain a balance of herbivores that then affect less the vegetation. Pollinators as well are key species which ausence can cause the dissaparence of many plants. By the other sides, is always said that livestock contribute to climate change. In conditions in which livestock could not prosper probably the effect of the same will decrease. However, this will be pronounced for some sensitive areas as the tropics, while in others, such as the poles, will probably have only a redistribution of species and ecosystems. So at the end, I think that is difficult to know exactly how the flora and fauna can have a roll on climate change.

In an equilibrate pasture system the dung beetle communities strongly mitigate even the release of gas, especially methane, from dung pads. There is a lot of literature about this topic, and more generally, about the ecological equilibrium livestock / prairie, as well as about the alterations produced by incorrect use of veterinary-medical products and /or overgrazing

Yes Marpha, it is true, but if today some component of this movement is controlled by man in order to produce harmful effects we can try to use our power of control to produce favorable effects

How do flora and fauna effect climate change?
May be less production of Oxygen due to lesser number of trees, more production of Ammonia by ruminants reared at farms, any environmental degradation may cause some indirect counter effects etc.
But I will be very happy if detail description is give by any scientist.
- Temperature effects–average, minimum or maximum can be important determinants of plant distribution For example the Palmae/Arecaceae are cold intolerant as their single meristem is susceptible to frost. Conversely, boundaries between vegetation types (e.g. Arctic treeline) are generally determined by summer warmth
- Rainfall is also an important determinant: for example it affects the balance of grasses to woody vegetation
- Other factors such as soil type or herbivory may also be affected by climate change.
During the Carbon era, before about 350 million years, temperatures and atmospheric CO2 concentration were much higher than today. Under such condition photosynthesis was more efficient, and the global biomass (mainly plants and also animals) grew bigger. The excess biomass was buried, converted to coal and oil, and slowly reduced CO2 concentration and temperatures. If we humans will not interfere with this natural process it may (with the time) happen again. But as it looks now we will not allow this process to occur, which could enhances the global warming.
