As consultant and a researcher I am very eager to study family firms so to help them succeed, as I believe they are a very important element of the economic and social (family, community) wellbeing. I am writing a paper in my thesis on a case of succession to daughter in Italy, and I think in my future research I would like to expand the number of cases in Italy and geographically. I would really be happy to share ideas and do research on this topic, and also any addiction to lit review and methods is welcome.
